I have received both the Presidents Award, and the Prestigious Silver Pinnacle award. I have obtained training and credentials to be recognized as both a Relocation Specialist and a Certified Distress Property Expert (helping homeowners avoid foreclosure, and investors locating properties.)

I have over 30 years of experience in Central Florida. By moving into Orlando in the 80's I have seen the city and its suburbs grow and evolve. I stay involved through the whole process from contract to closing. A good Realtor not only handles any challenges, but stays current and anticipates problems to make sure the transaction is meeting the contractual timelines, arranging for any necessary repairs, and that the closing occurs smoothly and seamlessly. I also make it a practice to personally meet with the appraiser to provide them with important information and comparable sales in the area that insure that your home and the care and investment that you made are understood and included in the calculation that will gives the homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum price for his/her property.

Previous to my real estate career, I worked in the hospitality industry as a financial analyst. I am most proud of the years that I spent at Disney and Hyatt – two leaders in establishing a work culture based on ‘doing the right thing.’

I am married with an adult daughter (teacher). Our family has been involved in community affairs, and deeply believes in giving back. I was a member of the Board of Directors at the Rosen Jewish Community Center for 7 years, and our family continues an active role as an original founder of Southwest Orlando Jewish Congregation.

Another cause I help support is Dave’s House. At Dave’s House, they envision a world in which individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) have permanent supportive housing – and hope. Having a home is the foundation of a happy existence.

As a volunteer I have logged countless hours participating on committees for fund raising, galas, programming, membership, and flipping burgers for high school band boosters. I could go on, but you get the picture!
